A note from the hosts
Thanks for being here. We're so happy to share Goose Hill with you.
For years, we dreamed of finding our happy place: somewhere to slow down, have fun, and spend time with the people we love. On our tenth anniversary, we drove up to see a house in Washington, Connecticut that had caught our eye. We loved the location, the character, and, of course, the fact that it had its own paddle court. Within moments of arriving, we knew we'd found our place.
Goose Hill has become everything we hoped it would be: family pool weekends, couples' paddle getaways, and cozy winter weekends filled with mahjong, fireside dinners, and ice skating.
Now we're excited to share it with you. Gather your favorite people, slow down, have some fun, and make a few Goose Hill memories of your own.

You won't find us on Airbnb.
On purpose.
Goose Hill is our family's second home, and we intend to keep it feeling like one. So there's no instant-book button here. You write to us, we find dates that work for your group and for the house, and when you pull up the drive the whole place is yours.
When you arrive, a code on the kitchen counter opens the guest portal: the house guide, the wifi, our favorite spots in town. The rest of the weekend belongs to you.
The Play
A court that takes the weather personally.
Whether it's a crisp October morning, a snowy February afternoon, or a warm summer evening, the game is always on. Our regulation platform tennis court is lit, heated in winter, and stocked with paddles if you need them.
The Stay
Rooms with stories to tell.
Six bedrooms in the main house and two more in the guest house provide space to gather without ever feeling crowded. Historic in character, thoughtfully updated, and designed for long weekends with people you love.

Take their word for it.
A property with something for everyone in our group. From babies to adults there was fun for everyone, more than enough beds and bathrooms, and practically any item you could think of you might need. We would love to return here one day.
The basketball court and paddle court were a big hit. Erin and John as hosts are even better. They were very communicative and very thoughtful. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
