The court, guest house, and barn across the lawn

The Experience

A court, a house, and the rest of the weekend to yourselves.

Regulation platform tennis out back. An eighteenth-century farmhouse out front. Thirteen acres of quiet in between.

The Court

Lights for any night play. Heaters for frost or snow.

Regulation platform tennis with an aluminum deck and pro-grade screens. The lights are excellent for all evening play, year-round. Heaters are available to keep the court clear and comfortable when frost or snow hit. It's a court you can count on, any season, any time.

Light

Bright, even LED lighting makes night play easy and enjoyable, whenever you want to play.

Heat

Heaters are easy to activate during frost or snow to help melt ice and keep the court ready to play.

The regulation platform tennis court

Your bracket, your rules.

Run a Saturday round robin, a Sunday final, a family playoff. We'll leave some paddles & lightly used balls if you need.

A small trophy, if you want one.

Let us know in advance and something brass and suitably ridiculous will be waiting on the mantel.

schedule

Play at your own pace

No hourly limits. No court shared. The schedule is whatever you decide at breakfast.

Retreat Paddle Camp

A paddle camp led by two national champions.

Ana Marija Zubori and Florentina Hanisch, back-to-back APTA National Champions and among the most decorated teams in the sport, run their own paddle retreat right here: sessions on the court, recovery by the pool, and long group dinners in between.

Beyond the Baseline

The hours between matches.

The game is only half of it. The rest is fires, long dinners, an early swim, a slower coffee.
