The court and the house across the lawn

The Estate

A farmhouse, a guest house, a reimagined barn, a pond, a pool, a paddle court.
And more.

The whole place, handed over for the weekend. Walls of books, working hearths, and a quiet corner for everyone.

Circa 1760

The main house & guest house.

Built-in bookshelves in most rooms filled with good books. Fireplaces ready to be lit for cold weekends. Cozy corners that have a way of becoming someone's favorite spot.

Six bedrooms in the main house, with a king, queens aplenty, and trundles ready when the guest list grows. The guest house adds two more bedrooms, each with a queen plus extra twin beds and room to spread out, and a loft for any extras or adventurous sleepers. Bring the couples, the kids, the paddle crew, or all three. Somehow, everyone finds a place.

We've updated what needed updating and left the rest well enough alone. It's an old house, after all. That's rather the point.

Summer Hours

Heated, in-ground, a short walk from the court. The long way around on a warm afternoon.

Golden Hour

The Pond

A private dock, water still enough to mirror the trees. Coffee walks quiet here.

Rainy Day Plans

The Library

Built-in shelves, well-thumbed spines, and a sofa that ends afternoons early.

Lights Out

The Bedrooms

Eight of them, no two alike. Beams overhead, quilts that mean it, windows that open to crickets.

Thirteen Acres

The grounds, one frame at a time.

Scroll the property like a slow walk around it. Pond first, then the barn, then the court, then the pool.

Off-sites

A small team, a real table, a fire you don't have to leave at six. The kind of off-site where the best conversations happen at the sink.
